Site Plans
Show how your project fits on your property.
We prepare residential site plans showing the proposed building location, setbacks, driveways, and other details needed for your project.
Send us your house plans and any survey, subdivision plat, or other property information you already have. We’ll review the available information and let you know what else is needed.
Our site plans are based on the property information provided. Boundary surveys, civil engineering, and engineered grading or drainage plans are separate services when required.
REScheck Reports for New Homes
Need an energy-compliance report to go with your new-home plans?
We prepare REScheck reports using the home’s plans and specified insulation, windows, doors, and other building-envelope details.
We’ll review the information provided and identify missing specifications before completing the report. If the proposed materials or assemblies do not produce a passing result, we’ll discuss what needs attention so you and your builder can decide on changes.
This service covers the REScheck report for new homes. Field inspections, blower-door testing, HVAC sizing, and mechanical-system design are separate from this scope.
3D Modeling & Visualization
Having trouble picturing your home from a floor plan?
We can create 3D models and views to help you understand the spaces, compare exterior options, and work through design decisions before construction.
We’ll help you choose the views and level of detail that will be useful – whether that’s the exterior, a room, or several connected spaces. Modeling is quoted separately based on the scope and detail requested.
Existing-Home Measurements & Drawings
Planning changes to a home without usable drawings? We can measure accessible areas and prepare drawings of the existing layout to provide a starting point for an addition, remodel, or ADU project.
If you already have older plans, measurements, or a Matterport scan, send them over. We’ll review what can be used and identify whether a site visit or additional information is needed.
Measurements document visible and accessible conditions. Concealed framing, foundations, and other hidden construction may require additional investigation as the design develops.
