Pricing
Custom home plans are typically priced based on square footage.
Above-grade living space: starting at $2.25/sq. ft.
Basements and below-grade space: typically $0.50 - $1.00/sq. ft.
Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, and scope of the project. Contact us with some information about your project and we’ll provide a project-specific quote.
Timing
A typical custom home design takes approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project, the design process, and the pace of client decisions.

The exact scope depends on the project, but the set typically includes the plans, elevations, sections, and details needed to communicate the home for permitting and construction. We’ll define the included drawings in your proposal before work begins.

Yes. We can coordinate structural engineering so the engineered components and drawing set work together. Engineering fees and timing are separate and will be discussed before that work begins.
